Bynum's new single, "Soul Cry (Oh, Oh, Oh)" remains at #1 this week
on CMTA's Christian Singles/Tracks chart and #2 on Billboard's Top Singles
chart for two consecutive weeks. . The Diary of Juanita Bynum: Soul Cry (Oh, Oh, Oh)" is
a package of six versions of the song and it's the first part of a music
trilogy that will culminate in the final CD release in January 2011. The single
is being sold on Itunes.
Israel Houghton - Love God. Love People. Releasing August 31
this album features the musically masterful energy that has become synonymous
with Israel Houghton recordings the album has guest appearances by Kirk
Franklin, Fred Hammond and many others. Love God. Love People is a return to a
simple, foundational Gospel command: "Love the Lord your God with all your
heart and your neighbour as yourself,"
says Israel. Blending the musical genres of worship, rock, funk and
power pop, and was recorded and engineered at Abbey Road Studios in London.
Philip Noel has "something to say" which is also the name of his debut album he proclaims it simply through songs like "Jehovah Is Our King" and "The Bridegroom's Coming". These arrangements are catchy and easy on the ear. With reggae, blues, Latin and R&B influences the effect is relaxed and engaging. With a touch of reggae you can't help but move to "Jesus Is My Reference". Then relax to the mellow sounds of "Faithfulness". The desire of Philip Noel's heart is clearly to proclaim that Jesus is Lord. This comes across as he leads the listener through these self-penned songs. 
Philip's Debut album - 'Something 2 Say' has captured his hearts desire, to let the whole world know who Jesus is, whilst glorifying God and telling the world how much he loves him. Every song is clearly about Jesus, and this fits perfectly with Philip’s calling as an evangelist. And the word from the Lord, which came once he completed Hallowed Be Thy Name was ‘give the single away free’, this supports the desire to touch hearts and free minds. The single ‘Hallowed Be Thy Name,' has received great reviews.
Tyka Nelson - A Brand New Me - This is excellent RnB and Soul Gospel album that speaks of the Lords victory in her life. This album has 16 tracks of Tykas great vocal ability and beautiful and moving songs.
